First fill out this form and then email it to Dr. Tajiri (ktajiri@mtu.edu) to have him sign it. There is a table below that can help you fill out the form but this table does not account for edge cases so we Highly recommend you reach out to your advisor to find which course is best for you.

After you receive the signed form back from Dr. Tajiri then you can email it to the registrar’s office(registrar@mtu.edu). Once they process it, it should appear in your BanWeb & MyMichiganTech with the rest of your courses.
